New Members Forum - 'Bheti-Gathi'

After a tremendous response to the first 'Bheti-Gathi' event, MMA 2008 committee is pleased to annouce the schedule for our next event to be held on July 19th 2008.

Goal of this event is to provide a channel for new MMA members to participate, interact and build relations with other members within the community. Existing members are also encouraged to join and share their experiences.

You do not need to be a member of MMA to participate in this program, so if you know other non-member maharashtrians, please do extend this invite to them on our behalf.

The first 'Bheti-Gathi' event conducted by MMA last Saturday was a tremendous success. The event attended and appreciated by more than 20 new families underscored the need for arranging more such events on a regular basis.

MMA extends a warm welcome to all new families and cordially invites them to be part of a great MMA tradition.

The event was held at Tuxford subdivision clubhouse on April 12th 2008.

Dear Members/Non-members of the Maharashtra Mandal-Atlanta (MMA),

Maharashtra Mandal-Atlanta (MMA) committee is pleased to introduce a forum called 'Bheti-Gathi' for new families in the Atlanta metro area. This event will provide a channel for new members of MMA to interact and build relations with other members.

Relocating and adjusting to a new place can be both adventurous and challenging unless you know some people around. We want to make you feel welcome to Atlanta and help you settle in as soon as possible. This forum will provide an excellent opportunity for you to make new friends within the community, friends who can share their experience and help you get comfortable with the new place.

Existing members are encouraged to join and provide valuable opinion and share their experiences with new members of our community.

You do not need to be a member of MMA to participate in this program, so if you know other non-member maharashtrians who would like to participate, please extend this invite to them on our behalf.
